ECCEvery Child Can!
Every Child Can!© (ECC) is an introduction to Dr. Suzuki’s philosophy and its application to Suzuki education. For parents, teachers, prospective teachers and others, this course provides an inspiring, in-depth look at the Suzuki approach to teaching and learning.
Suzuki Principles in Action (SPA) is a course designed to help teachers incorporate Suzuki’s principles effectively in their teaching. The course focuses on how to teach, not what to teach, and to allow for the sharing of ideas among all instrument areas. It is based on Dr. Suzuki’s belief that knowledge is an important first step, but “knowledge plus 10,000 times” is what produces ability.
Celebration Concerts, held every five years, have been inspirational as the entire student body of Suzuki students in Utah gather together to play and share their spirit. Concerts have been held in Abravanel Hall, the Capitol Theatre, the Rotunda of the State Capitol, and Historic Temple Square.   Since October 2004 SAU featured concerts held in the LDS Conference Center.
