Recording artist, performer, and educator Nicole Pinnell is a dynamic teacher. Degrees held include a Bachelor of Music from Arizona State University, a Master of Music degree from the London College of Music, and post-graduate training from Yo-Yo Ma, Eugene Friesen, and Menahem Pressler. Pinnell was awarded Educator of the Year for the state of Utah by the American String Teacher Association in 2012. Pinnell is a member of the Uinta Trio, substitutes frequently with the Utah Symphony, and is the solo cellist on three Grammy-nominated albums as well as over a dozen Billboard-charting albums.
