This is the form for teachers who wish to collect SAU dues on behalf of their families. Teachers using this form will need to fill out this form for each family they wish to pay for.
This does NOT register your studio families – it only pays their dues. Families in your studio will also need to fill out the registration on their own. Once you pay for a family, they will receive a coupon code to use so they don’t have to pay (because you already will have paid for them). They must use the email address you enter for them to register – otherwise it will not work.
They will receive an email detailing which students you have paid for and the amount you paid. They will be given a link to the Family Registration page on our website.
You are welcome at this point, before filling out the form, to send them that link so they may pay for and register themselves instead. If you want to continue and pay for your families, please continue to the form below.
Recommendation: have your families join during their lesson on a phone, tablet, or laptop – you could enter your card number for them if you still want to be the one to pay. The registration only takes a couple of minutes.
