We do a membership drive each September where we offer a discounted rate on teacher memberships. During the membership drive you can renew your membership on the Join SAU page.
Are you considering becoming a new SAU teacher?
You can join at any point during the year – consider joining during our Membership Drive in September. Your membership is from September to September annually. There are no prorated rates – so if you join before September, you will be paying for a partial year at full price.Â

More information about Teacher Memberships
- Teachers must be a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA)
- Joining SAU as a teacher costs only $40 annually.Â
- Teachers can save $5 on their SAU membership if they join during the September Membership Drive (only available in September)
- Please reach out to the Membership Secretary if:
- You have questions about your SAA expiration date
- You were a Past President with SAU
- Teachers are expected to have all of their Suzuki students register with SAU per the Bylaws section 2.2.1.1.4.
How can families join SAU?
- Each family membership has a base cost of $40 each year.
- Family memberships include one child at the base $40 rate. Each additional child is only $5. Your money for each child goes toward creating even better events in our new economic climate of constantly rising costs. To see all the benefits of your membership go to our Member Benefits page.Â
