Personal Information
The following information is collected to help us fulfill grant reporting requirements and ensure our programs are serving a diverse and inclusive community. Your response is optional and will be kept confidential.
Teaching Information
Go to the SAA Website and login.  Look for the "Membership Information" section and copy the "Member Number".   
⚠️ Note that there is also a "Legacy Member ID" on the same page - do not use this field.
Please go to the SAU Regions page for help deciding what region(s) you should choose.
Membership Benefits
SAU Mentorship Program (beta) Interested teens, new or returning teachers and Suzuki Teacher Trainer hopefuls may opt in to this new program. They will be paired with seasoned SAU Teachers who will mentor them according to their unique goals and needs.

Photo Disclosure

By participating in events, activities, or programs affiliated with the Suzuki Association of Utah, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken of you and/or your children by authorized representatives of the organization.

These images and recordings may be used by SAU for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, newsletters, print materials, and other advertising or marketing platforms.

By attending or participating, you grant SAU the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in such materials without compensation or further consent.


If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify the event organizer in advance or at the time of the event.

SAU is committed to respecting the privacy and preferences of our members. If at any time you wish to revoke permission for future use of your image, please contact us at socialmedia@suzukimusicutah.org or president@suzukimusicutah.org

Your username may not be changed after your registration. Please make it something you'll be happy with for the long-term.
