Amy moved to Southern Utah in 2016 and immediately started with the longer running Suzuki Strings Cedar City group program. She is now the Administrative Director and President of the SSCC non-profit board. In 2010 she graduated from BYU-Hawaii with a degree in music and continues her training yearly at Suzuki Institutes and online workshops. While living in Hawaii, she directed her own group program for violin students. She has taught public school music programs and was the assistant director of a touring children's choir. In Cedar City, she is playing in the Orchestra of Southern Utah. Amy loves traveling with her family, trying new recipes and learning new music.
