I began my violin studies as a Suzuki student at age four. The Suzuki method shaped who I have become. I earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Utah in violin performance, and a Masters degree in violin performance from the North Carolina School of the Arts. I have played in orchestras across the country, including the Utah Chamber Orchestra, San Bernardino Symphony, Redlands Symphony, Greensboro Symphony, Maryland Symphony and most recently as concertmaster of the Frederick Symphony. I enjoy teaching children using the philosophy that has been such a positive influence in my life. I also have a unique perspective as a former suzuki student, a current suzuki parent, and suzuki teacher.
