I was taught under Marva Gray, Mrs. Larsen of SUU, Professor Richard Nibley and Percy Kault. I played in Rocky Mountain Orchestra, Dixie College Orchestra, and St. George Community Orchestra, SUU Orchestra, and Roosevelt Community Orchestra. I was raised in St. George in a home of musicians: my dad was a professional vocalist, and Mother was an accomplished pianist. I was married in St. George to Gary R Nelson and have raised 7 children: 6 boys and 1 girl. I currently live in Roosevelt Utah where we have been for the last 19 years and love our little community. I enjoy teaching violin and viola and find great joy in helping my students grow in their abilities.
