Emily Olsen Rust

About Teacher

Emily is a graduate of BYU-Idaho (BA Violin Performance, 2012). She has over fifteen years of teaching experience and is Suzuki certified through Suzuki Book 10. Emily performs professionally with Sinfonia Salt Lake, the Canyon String Quartet and volunteers playing with the Orchestra at Temple Square. She loves teaching because she knows from her own life the connection and beauty that music brings! Emily has two sons and a daughter that keep her busy when she isn’t teaching or performing.
